A Global Day of Giving

Giving Back

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.

Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

It Takes a Village

Be Strong and We Dine Together have joined forces to prevent bullying by providing a safe place for students to reveal challenges they are facing, training and equipping them to be resilient, arming students with information on local support services, and uniting them to bring about a positive change in themselves and their sphere of influence.

Why It Works?

We Dine Together (WDT) is a completely student-led movement. Student leaders make it a priority to create a positive social atmosphere on their campuses. For a new incoming student, the club is a welcoming committee. To others, WDT can be a safe haven or space where they can be themselves without fear of rejection. For the school, the WDT family is a catalyst for real social change.
